About the Design

What's the first of Arizona's iconic "5 Cs"? Citrus. Up until the mid-1950s, the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix was occupied by vast citrus groves growing predominantly oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. Today, many homes in Arcadia (and Phoenix as a whole) prominently feature citrus trees in their yards as reminders of the area's past.
